URBAN BIRDING
Although the cities are urbanized sites with thousands or millions of people living in a limited space , the vast majority has public areas like recreation areas and green areas where birdwatchers can observe birds .
Birdwatchers in the green areas of the city are known as “Urban Birders” and end up being skilled in the green areas of “urban life ” .
In addition to the green areas of existing cities in its public squares and parks, the observer can observe birds also in Botanical Gardens , Zoological banks of rivers and lakes .
The great thing about urban birding is that any time of the day we can observe birds , just take a little time.
Interestingly is, we can observe rare or endangered species in urban areas . Moreover, its avifauna is representative of the natural avifauna of the country , which makes it very interesting to watch because each city has a different avifauna .
