CLARK COUNTY WETLANDS PARK (Las Vegas,USA)
Situated within the famous city of Las Vegas, the CLARK COUNTY WETLANDS PARK is a special place for bird watching.
Is an oasis within the system of the Mojave Desert.
It is wet areas are due to the river Las Vegas Wash that irrigates an area of low vegetation, forming special large area of 210 acres of protetion.
In June,2013, we visited this special wetland where we saw several species of birds and mammals like the Desert Cottontail (Sylvilagus audubonii). by Antonio Silveira.
